OFF February Barometer

The first edition of the “OFF February” initiative will take place in February 2026. This global campaign launched by the OFF Foundation and backed by dozens of organisations around the world is based on a challenge that invites people around the world to delete social media apps from their smartphone for one month. Most participants are expected to come from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Spain – but may come from anywhere around the world. 

 

The OFF February Barometer will aim to measure the impact of participating in the OFF February challenge on people’s life and wellbeing. It will be based on a self-reported questionnaire sent to participants who will have registered through the campaign’s website.  


Please note that to complete the survey, you will have to answer it's first half the moment you receive it through your mail address, and the second half starting from March 1st. In order for your answers to be saved, you will have to use the same device and same browser the two times. The answers are saved automatically, you don't have to do anything, just keep the tab always open in your browser. Thank you ver much!
